Announcing her return to Netflix for her FINAL stand-up special, Ellen DeGeneres is also hitting the road for the last time, embarking on her farewell "ELLEN'S LAST STAND... UP" tour. With 27 shows on the roster, she's expected to let it all out in her final stand-up performances. An iconic and comedian over the last two decades, her talk series "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" marked her reign in the global stage.

Produced by Live Nation, Ellen's farewell trek marks her long-awaited comeback to the live stage. Having concluded her signature talk show back in 2022, Ellen says she'll be letting it all out on her last special.

"To answer the questions everyone is asking me – Yes, I’m going to talk about it. Yes, this is my last special. Yes, Portia really is that pretty in real life," DeGeneres shared in a statement about her upcoming Netflix special, expected to hit the shelves in late 2024.

Following her show's controversial exit in 2022, Ellen took responsibility and owned up to her mistakes. Though she hates the way her show ended, Ellen is ready to take a step for closure, hitting the stage for the last time.

Friend TV star Jennifer Aniston was the first guest on The Ellen DeGeneres show back in 2003. As the show aired its final episode in May 26, 2024, the star made it back as Ellen's final guest. "If I've done anything in the past 19 years, I hope I've inspired you to be yourself. Your true, authentic self," Ellen said in her final speech. "And if someone is brave enough to tell you who they are, be brave enough to support them, even if you don't understand,"

Despite how the show ended, Ellen's legacy in the showbusiness has shared iconic moments on TV, and in one way or another inspired millions of viewers around the globe. Sharing how compassion makes the world a better place in her closing speech, Ellen hopes that people can open up their hearts and minds when someone shares their true self.

"Thank you so much for being on this journey with me. I feel the love and I send it back to you. Bye," she concludes.

Taking a trip back memory lane... Ellen broke out as a TV star of the ABC sitcom "Ellen". Her character came out as gay after Ellen herself came out in real life. It was an iconic moment in TV history, sending shockwaves across the industry. At a time when there was little gay representation on television, her impact is not one to take for granted.

As she heads back on stage for the last time, join Ellen for a night of laughs and heart-heart talks at ELLEN's LAST STAND... UP. Book your tickets now!
