Katt Williams broke into the mainstream with his excellent role as Money Mike on Ice Cube's hit movie, Friday After Next. He also featured on Nick Cannon's successful improv game show, Wild N' Out, where he became one of the most feared contenders. Not only that, he played Bobby Shaw on My Wife and Kids, provided the voice of Slickback, the pimp, in The Boondocks, and for Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, he lent his voice to Seamus and played Lord Have Mercy in Norbit as well as himself in Grand Theft Auto IV, the video game.

He has achieved all that and more, so it is safe to say that KATT WILLIAMS is one of the most celebrated comedians in the genre. Williams started off his career by performing in his neighborhood, Avondale, Cincinnati. As time went on, he became well established as one of the funniest dudes in the game and performed across the nation in well-known comedy venues such as The Ice House, The Improv, The Comedy Club, and the Hollywood Park Casino.

In 2006, he released his first comedy special, Live (Let A Playa Play), on HBO and followed it up with The Pimp Chronicles. He would then go on to release a further six specials, American Hustle: The Movie, It's Pimpin' Pimpin', Kattpacalypse, Priceless Afterlife, Great America, and World War III, in 2007, 2008, 2012, 2014, 2018, and 2022, respectively.

He has also had a music career and used the moniker, Money Mike when rapping on songs for The Game, Baby Bash, and Suga Free. Although he was not signed as an official artist, he also joined Cam'ron's collective, the Diplomats.
